We understand that getting hearing aids is not a trivial thing, so if you like to make up your own mind based on real evidence for the important decisions in life, our Lunch & Listen event could be just the thing for you.

It's also just the thing if you enjoy a nice (free) lunch in pleasant company!

We'll fit you with a free pair of hearing aids to wear to the lunch that will be a lively social environment perfect for putting them properly to the test.

After the lunch, you will also have the opportunity to keep the hearing aids for a free, two-week trial. You don't have to go ahead with the trial after the lunch, it's completely up to you.

If you decide to purchase the hearing aids at the end of the trial, we'll help you acclimatise fully to them across our 60-day, no-quibble return and refund period.

All told, that's around 75 days to be sure before you finally commit to owning the hearing aids for yourself. You won't find that level of commitment to your decision-making from any other Audiologist.

If you don't wish to purchase the hearing aids, you can simply return them either at the end of or during the trial. It's totally up to you.

There is no deposit, pre-authorisation or pressure to worry about.

The decision - and the timing of it - is entirely yours, you have complete control. If at any point it doesn't click, you can pull out without incurring any cost.

As for the lunch, it's all on us - and you are welcome to bring a guest along with you too.

There is absolutely no obligation to buy anything.

At the end of the lunch, you can simply hand the hearing aids back to us. Or, if you would like more time to experience them in your own life, you can take them away for a free two-week trial.

No pressure. Just useful information, friendly conversation and the chance to find out whether better hearing could make a difference to you.
